Brixzly Careers
Build something that matters.
We are an early-stage AI startup changing how construction projects get planned, bid, and managed. We move fast, build real things, and give interns ownership — not busywork. Two positions are open now.
Who we are
Built by someone who has spent 25 years in design and construction.
Brixzly was built out of a real frustration. Construction is one of the most document-heavy, relationship-driven industries in the world — and most homeowners, small developers, and owner’s representatives navigate it completely alone. Brixzly changes that. We use AI to help people find contractors, compare bids, review contracts, analyze drawings, and manage projects from start to finish. We are a fast-growing AI startup building the financial and go-to-market foundation that will take us to launch and beyond.
How we work
A few things we believe in.
Open positions
Two roles. One program.
Both internships run for 10 weeks, are fully remote, and come with a stipend. They are designed to work together — you will collaborate with the other intern at two key points during the program.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern
You will build Brixzly’s financial foundation from scratch — a fully integrated FP&A model covering pricing strategy, unit economics, revenue projections, and scenario analysis. The work you produce will be investor-ready and will directly inform how we think about growth, pricing, and fundraising.
- A competitive pricing analysis across the proptech/contech SaaS landscape
- A unit economics model (CAC, LTV, payback period) across three membership tiers
- A 24-month MRR/ARR revenue projection with price sensitivity analysis
- A full P&L model with cash flow and runway calculator
- A three-scenario stress test with break-even analysis
- An assumptions memo and a fundraising-ready slide deck
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Comfortable building models in Excel or Google Sheets from scratch
- Familiar with SaaS metrics — or eager to learn them quickly
- Able to work independently with clear weekly deliverables
- Interest in startups or early-stage company building is a plus

Go-to-Market & Customer Intelligence (Growth Hacking) Intern
You will develop the go-to-market foundation that drives Brixzly’s first customers — from figuring out exactly who the customer is, to mapping the competitive landscape, to producing a playbook the team can execute against on day one after launch. Your CAC estimates feed directly into the FP&A intern’s financial model.
- A structured Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with 3–4 personas from real research
- A competitive positioning map and a one-page differentiation narrative
- An acquisition channel scorecard with CAC estimates and a 3-channel recommendation
- A working 90-day GTM playbook the team can execute immediately
- A prioritized website and messaging audit tied to your ICP findings
- A GTM summary deck paired with the FP&A model for fundraising
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Comfortable conducting interviews, synthesizing research, and writing clearly
- Curious about how early-stage startups find and win their first customers
- Able to work independently and hit weekly deliverables without heavy oversight
- Interest in proptech, construction, or AI products is a plus
