Construction RFI Review
Not all construction RFIs are the same: some clarify the documents; others tee up scope, cost, or time. Brixzly classifies the request for information, stress-tests whether it’s a straight answer or a change-order setup, and — if you add the response — reviews how complete the answer is and what to watch next.
RFI (Request for Information)
Upload the RFI document (and optionally the architect’s response) → Brixzly produces:
- RFI category: clarification, design conflict, substitution request, differing site condition, etc.
- Legitimacy assessment: Is this a valid question or a change order setup in disguise?
- Cost/schedule impact: Does the RFI, or the response, create scope/cost/time exposure?
- Response quality review: Is the architect’s answer clear and complete, or does it leave things open?
- Recommendation: Accept response as-is / Request clarification / Watch for follow-up CO
